BACON MUFFINS
Just in time for Easter!
These bacon muffins are delicious and easy. They only require a few ingredients and you don’t have to be a master chef as these bacon muffins use pre-packaged biscuit dough! Give these a try and they will soon become a favorite.
INGREDIENTS:
1 can of biscuit dough
3 slices of bacon ( you can use turkey bacon or even sausage if you prefer)
3 eggs
1tbs milk
1/4 cup shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
1. Fry bacon and crumble.
2. Use a nonstick muffin tin and press biscuits into 10 holes with edges extending over the top.
3. Beat egg with milk (add salt and pepper to taste), and evenly divide the egg mixture into each biscuit cup. After the egg mixture has been added to each biscuit cup add the shredded cheese.
4. Add the crumbled bacon on top and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
